Henry Boekhoff PDF Print E-mail

Henry Boekhoff began his career as a CPA in Jacksonville.  His interest in education and public finance drew him into public schools where he became the Director of Finance for the Nassau County School District.  Henry then held positions as both Deputy Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer in some of the largest districts in the U.S. (i.e., Dade, Palm Beach, and Orange Counties).  He is considered the “Dean” of school finance in Florida, having dedicated 39 years to public education.

Dr. Boekhoff received his Doctorate in Education Administration at the University of Florida.  He received a full fellowship to study school finance with the National Education Finance Project funded by the U.S. Department of Education.  During this time he conducted public school finance studies for several state legislatures.

Dr. Boekhoff will represent M&A school district clients with the DOE and the Florida Legislature.  He is available to assist school districts with review, analysis and implementation in all areas of budget and finance.  His experience as Associate Superintendent of Administration for twelve years in Palm Beach, his leadership in passage of bond issues, knowledge of major capital outlay programs and understanding of the FEFP and funding issues have prepared him to help any district, small or large.
